International Forum of Decision Makers on
  Youth and School Exchange (IFDMYE)

IFDMYE was established in 1992 during its first international conference in Israel as an international non-profit association working to improve School and Youth exchanges.

Following international conferences that took place in: 

IFDMYE was originally conceived and initiated by the Union of Local Authorities in Israel.
